I am from a reformed Baptist / Presbyterian Protestant background and have only recently discovered (with delight) the Evangelical Anglican Church in North America.Anyhow, one of our small church groups read Christian classics, not to accept them uncritically, but rather to relearn, or become reacquainted with practices of Christians, centuries earlier, with the goal of living today, as Christians who "matter" and make a difference. We are looking at the disciplines, particularly prayer, dedicated "missionary teams", and practices that are "lost" today like fasting, having times of silence, and so on. There is a lot to think about. We feel free to agree with some ideas, like humility, times of silence, eating less, praying deliberately, submitting to authority. The kindle version is easy to read.I struggle with the VOLUNTARY ? "socialist" ? idea of owning nothing, communal ownership; That one is a bit tough and a challenge for an independent minded American ! I do not find it, an unbiblical idea. Those who submit to such "rules" will experience a voluntary, civilian - religious, version of military authority, and real discipline, not totally unattractive. We decided we would not beat with sticks, or belts, laggards, lazy ones, and persons slow to obey Christ in our own community.A very profitable book, if read in the right spirit, particularly for serious Christians, Christian leaders, and those who seek WORTHY Christian leadership. The book is a great starting point.

This is a review of the Kindle edition of this translation of The Rule of St. Benedict. I have read the entire book on paper a few years ago, but by writing and teaching about religion, I find this is one book I must come back to frequently. It is not the first writing on organized monasticism. Monasticism grew up in the eastern and southern deserts very early, and St. Basil wrote about them close to 200 years before Benedict. But Benedict's rule puts everything in one place, and it is observed, in some form or another, by several organizations, including some which are not Catholic. Therefore, as someone who writes about religion, I must often go back to it to recall what it says, as I did yesterday when I needed to see Benedict's statement on the canonical hours. I found that quickly, because this edition has an active Table of Contents for all 73 chapters, even though some are less than a page long. I looked at some of the 99 cent editions, and I found poor organization and no active contents.Since St. Benedict's rule is so simple and easy to understand, I don't feel the need for a lot of introduction or commentary, but I liked the introduction since it gave some perspective on the consequences of monasteries, which are not evident from Benedict's rule. For example, by the 12th century, theology was done primarily by monks who were professors at that new idea called a university. But in Benedict's time, there was no such thing. Theology was written by priests and bishops.Unless you can find a dramatically superior feature (such as facing Latin text) I would go with this edition rather than one of those more expensive.

Ok

Allowed me to see into the thinking and the doing of a Saint who lived a long time ago.

While the historical context that is so lucidly described in the introduction to this translation is fascinating in itself, the rule resonates with a disciplined approach to spiritual development in a communal setting. Placed in an appropriate historical context the "rule" is remarkable for its attention to physical and spiritual detail in the structured life of a monastery. Anyone interested in monasticsm or church history will be well rewarded by reading this.

I had heard a lot of quotes from various saints, including Benedict, but this was my first attempt to read some of their writing. It was well worth it. The first part of the book gives a solid background on Benedict, his experiences and where he was coming from. It also oriented me to what the rules were about. This is an instruction book for people who took a vow that is pretty overwhelming for most people to comprehend today.St Benedict makes one really consider what is needed in life and to whom we owe what. In rule 55 he says, "Bedding shall consist of a mattress, coverlet, blanket, and pillow. The abbot will make frequent inspections of the bedding to prevent hoarding. Any infractions are subject to the severest discipline and, so that this vice of private ownership may be cut away at the roots, the abbot is to furnish all necessities: cowl, tunic, shoes, stockings, belt, knife, pen, needle, towel, and writing tablet. With these, any excuse for need will be vanquished. (hmmm, I wonder how many motorcycles I really need?)I was really starting to get into the whole thing and feeling the humility St. Benedict calls for until I got to the part about the harsh treatment of the youngest members of the monastery. That set me back a little bit but in the end, there is a lot to learn here about one's self, one's God, and the need to find a simpler life of faith and humility.

I like the book.

Excellent.

Ghost Wall has subtlety, wit, and the force of a rock to the head: an instant classic.” ―Emma Donoghue, author of Room“A compact, riveting book.”―Alyson Hagy, The New York Times Book Review"[Ghost Wall] compresses large and urgent themes―the dangers of nostalgic nationalism, the abuse of women and children, what is lost and gained when humans stop living in thrall to the natural world―into a short, sharp tale of suspense. The way Moss conjures up the dark magic and vestigial landscapes of ancient Britain reminded me a little of the horror movie The Wicker Man . . . The novel’s feminism, though, felt utterly contemporary . . . I read Ghost Wall in one gulp in the middle of the night."―Margaret Talbot, The New Yorker“A master class in compressing an unbearable sense of dread into a book that can be read in a single horrified (and admiring) hour . . . Ghost Wall is perhaps the finest novel so far to come out of the British literary response to these uneasy times.” ―Sarah Perry, The Wall Street Journal"Sarah Moss possesses the rare light touch when it comes to melding the uncanny with social commentary . . . Ghost Wall is such a weird and distinctive story: It could be labeled a supernatural tale, a coming-of-age chronicle, even a timely meditation on the various meanings of walls themselves. All this, packed into a beautifully written story of 130 pages. No wonder I read it twice within one week."―Maureen Corrigan, NPR"Moss’ myth-like Ghost Wall isn’t merely a timely topical novel, but rather a timeless work of art."―Randy Rosenthal, The Minneapolis Star Tribune“Tense, poetic, and compelling.” ―Mike Doherty, The Toronto Star“The fear produced by this fine-honed, piercing novel springs not from the superstitious customs of prehistory but from the more intimate horrors of human nature.” ―Sam Sacks, The Wall Street Journal"A fascinating, horrifying look into the way in which . . . fixation on the past threatens our present and our future . . . Moss skillfully builds an atmosphere of menace and peril, making it so that I both dreaded and couldn’t wait to turn every page, simultaneously afraid and compelled by what strange, inevitable violence lay ahead . . . Spend an afternoon reading this marvel of a book, and then spend the next few weeks thinking about nothing else."―Kristin Iversen, Nylon“The story is exquisitely written; the characters are perfectly drawn and pop off the page . . . A triumph.”―Leah Schnelback, Tor.com"Remarkable, inventive . . . Sarah Moss unpacks the toxic patriarchy all without leaving the confines of a teenage girl's two-week trip to the remote northern edges of England." ―Elena Nicolaou, Refinery29“I love this book. Ghost Wall requires you to put your life on hold while you finish it. It draws you into its unusual world and, with quiet power and menace, keeps you there until the very last page. Silvie's story isn't one you will ever forget.” ―Maggie O’Farrell, author of I Am, I Am, I Am and The Vanishing Act of Esme Lennox“This book ratcheted the breath out of me so skillfully that as soon as I’d finished, the only thing I wanted was to read it again.” ―Jessie Burton, author of The Miniaturist“A perfectly calibrated consciousness that is energetic and lonely and prone to sharp and memorable observations . . . This is a haunting, astonishing novel.” ―Publishers Weekly, starred review“Thought provoking on multiple levels, with insights into primitive and modern societies, and coming of age in the face of family violence.” ―Library Journal, starred review"With stark and haunting prose that perfectly captures the harshness of the conditions the group is re-creating, Ghost Wall explores what the past can teach us about the present and what the present can teach us about the past--especially when the two are not as far removed as we may like to believe."―Kerry McHugh, Shelf Awareness“A novel as tightly woven as the baskets its heroine plaits, Ghost Wall is a startling and bloody blade of a book. A teenage girl, her parents, and a group of students agree to reenact life in Iron Age England over the course of a holiday, and slide into sacrifice. Elements of The Secret History combine with The Witch, plus bog bodies, patriarchal and class violence―it’s a slender, scathing fable for today, made of the ingredients of the past thousand years.” ―Maria Dahvana Headley, author of The Mere Wife“Ghost Wall grabs you by the guts and never lets go. Dazzling." ―Elizabeth Day, author of The Party“A thorny, thoroughly original novel about human beings' capacity for violence.” ―Kirkus“Tackling issues such as misogyny and class divides, Moss packs a lot into her brief but powerful narrative.” ―Booklist“A short, sharp shock of a book that closes around you like a vice as you read it . . . From the terse, dismaying little prologue, in which an iron age girl is marched out and murdered before an audience of neighbours and family, to the hair-raising, heart-stopping denouement, it hurtles along and carries you with it, before dumping you, breathless, at the end . . . Ghost Wall is a burnished gem of a book, brief and brilliant, and with it Moss’s star is firmly in the ascendant.” ―Sarah Crown, The Guardian“The curious allure of re-enactment is cleverly explored in Moss’s short, potent novel . . . A Brexity tale to send shivers down your spine.” ―Rebecca Rose, The Financial Times"Ghost Wall . . . is further proof that [Moss is] one of our very best contemporary novelists. How she hasn’t been nominated for the Man Booker Prize continues to mystify me – and this year is no exception . . . a gripping narrative . . . It’s an intoxicating concoction; inventive, intelligent, and like no other author’s work."―Lucy Scholes, The Independent, Five-Star Review"Ghost Wall, a slim but meaty book, is like nothing I have read before; its creepy atmosphere has stayed with me all summer . . . Moss combines exquisite nature writing, original characters and a cracking thriller plot to make a wonderful literary curiosity. It deserves to pull her out of the bog of underappreciation and on to the prize podiums."―Alex O'Connell, The Times (UK)"Stunningly good, a tightly written, powerful book about archaeology and Englishness." ―Alex Preston, The Observer"Moss truthfully conveys the way teenage girls make friends . . . In just 149 pages Moss does a remarkable job at building an engaging, textured world and Silvie is a likeable heroine. You root for her ― and she might just surprise you."―Susannah Butter, Evening Standard “[Sarah Moss is] this divided country’s most urgent novelist. Her themes: the cycles of history, male absurdity, the forms female subversion may take, in irony, sickness and sacrifice. It helps that she’s absurdly topical, and that she’s funny.” ―Daniel Swift, The Spectator"Reading Ghost Wall in the context of contemporary Britain only serves to highlight the folly of wishing for the good old days . . . The book can be read as a Brexit fable, where seppuku levels of self-sacrifice are forged with lemming-like gusto . . . There is a spring-taut tension embedded in the pages . . . Moss’s brevity is admirable, her language pristine."―Sinead Gleeson, The Irish Times "Moss slowly ratchets up the tension, much as the Iron Age people they are studying used to slowly twist a length of rope around the necks of the human sacrifices they made, up on the nearby moors."―Roger Cox, The Scotsman"[Combines] the components of a thriller with a nuanced understanding of history, its fluctuating interpretations and its often traumatic effect on the present . . . Moss’s sensual writing recalls the late Helen Dunmore . . . A bold, spare study of internecine conflict."― Catherine Taylor, New Statesman"Characteristically intelligent . . . both subtle and devastating . . . Moss is the author of five acclaimed novels but in this short volume has, I believe, produced her best fiction to date."―Totally Dublin“Reading Ghost Wall is an intense experience. Its claustrophobia and fearful build up leave you feeling close to tears. It is a masterful piece of writing that cements Moss’s reputation as one of our best novelists.” ―Sian Norris, Prospect"The 'ghost wall' of the title becomes a powerful metaphor for the invisible boundaries that exist between different groups of people, not just in the past but also at the present time. Sarah Moss combines her research interests in food, place and material culture to good effect."―Lucy Whetman, Press Association/The Telegraph“A masterpiece of concision . . . Whether evoking the landscape and the natural world or charting the dynamics between her strongly drawn characters, there is precision, elegance and, yes, a dark beauty.” ―Martin Spice, Star2"Moss’s finely balanced novel combines a strong sense of the natural world with a growing atmosphere of menace, interspersed with wry humour." ―Anthony Gardner, The Mail on Sunday“Certain to give you the chills and the creeps . . . Ghost Wall addresses issues of gender and class, British identity and borders, in 160 pages.” – Sana Goyal, LiveMint“Moss is the author of several unsettling and intelligent novels about women constrained by historical circumstance, and this, narrated beautifully by a teenage girl, is one of her best yet.” ―Metro"Sarah Moss is fascinated by bodies and isolation, and by bodies in isolation . . . Here, [she] is again drawn to an adolescent female body . . . Moss appears to collapse layers of history, to render skin and knife and rope identical across millennia. What provokes and perpetuates that capacity for harm, and what powers a mystical belief in its propitiatory value, remains eerily unclear, but no less urgent a concern for us than for our ghostly forebears."―Alex Clark, The Observer “Is Sarah Moss the best British writer never nominated for the Booker? . . . as brief and unsettling as a bolt of lightning . . . [Ghost Wall] pins us to the page with creeping menace.” ―Anthony Cummins, Daily Mail“Exquisite . . . the book works subcutaneously, building towards an ending that is all the more horrifying for its unexpectedness . . . an important novel that wears its timeliness lightly.” ―Financial Times“Unnerving . . . An intense and menacing book―the sort that’s best read in one sitting.” ―Francesca Carrington, Tatler“Sarah Moss . . . combines a poetic sensibility with great storytelling . . . Moss is brilliant on atmosphere.” ―John Boyne, Metro UK“Succinct and sublime . . . Moss depicts the connections between the people and the landscape with wonderful and lyrical precision, not a word is wasted on the page in her supple prose, and she is also expert at revealing her characters through the tiniest act or gesture. Ghost Wall is a masterclass in the ‘less is more’ style of writing, creating unbearable tension right up to the violent climax.”―Doug Johnstone, Big Issue“An unsettling novella about gender, power, and control that immerses you in its dark terror and won’t let go . . . Captivating.” ―Attitude “Writing that, along with vivid responses to the natural world and acute alertness to class, regional and sexual tensions, recalls the early fiction of DH Lawrence. It brings enriching complexity to this tale of escalating menace.” ―Peter Kamp, Sunday Times“Moss is the author of a series of unsettling, beautifully strange novels, and her latest . . . is no exception.”―Sarah Hughes, iNews, “50 Top Reads for Autumn”“Outstanding . . . The threat of unchallenged authority is brilliantly exposed . . . Grave and sophisticated, lit by flashes of wry humour, this is a drama that excavates our deepest instincts.” ―Caroline Jackson, Country Life“What I admire . . . is Moss’s ability to find an emotional connection with characters in the far distant past . . . Eerie and gripping.”―Editor’s Choice, The Bookseller

I was excited about this book when I read the synopsis pre-publication. However, the novel was quite a disappointment. Although the historical depiction of British prehistory was interesting, the plot line was not. The author seems to have it out for men. Rather than a trip back into the Stone Age, the book is pretty much of a rant against abusive men, which, as it turns out, is about every man in the book. I wouldn't waste time reading this.

A stunning book, beginning to end, truly an ageless allegory about people straining to find authority in the mistreatment of history and of their loved ones. Also a class-infused story of privilege posing as superiority, of education parading as wisdom. Beautifully rendered. The re-enactment of history as a virtuous parade of cruelty.

I was enthusiastic about ordering and reading this book. It sounded exciting and seemed to have all the elements of a good anthropological thriller. But the hype (incl an NPR interview with the author that got my initial interest) was better than the disappointing plot. Although another review here pointed out the gratuitous male-trashing throughout this story (with which I agree), MY prime objection is that the plot promised so much sacrificial debauchery in its preface, then failed to deliver much more than a petulant nature romp through the British bogs. It was as if the author - a creative writing professor no less - was afraid to allow her first-person protagonist to be seen as threatened or suffering. This novel could have been so much better (and longer and darker) but she seemed to be hiding behind her academics and not releasing her true creative potential.

Ghost Wall is a spare, elegantly written book, with disturbing themes. It build to a climax that I knew was coming, even though I hoped it wouldn't. The end is sudden, and leaves me wanting to know what happens next. There are some scenes that could be triggering for some people. Overall, a good story. I'm definitely going to look for other works by this author.

Amazing read — spare and tight and chilling — how far will a father go to pursue his vision? The book was incredible and very well done. Loved the historical bits and found the protagonist authentic and the plot compelling. A harrowing indictment of the patriarchal family structure.

Good book if you have only an afternoon and want to be taken by the hand and dragged through an exciting adventure.Very well-written, although the absence of quotation marks makes it necessary to pay attention to who is likely to be speaking.

Just wow. I can smell the bog. See the faces. The warmth of the sun in the early morning. The smell of fire and the salt air along the shore.

A surprising and compelling tale, full of archeology and the proof of man's inhumanity to man. I couldn't stop reading.

This book is very poor in helping the beginner like me. The photos are not even worth to view. Made the mistake bought this book based on other reviewers. End up bought other book by Ken Norman, a much better book with very detail instructions for the beginner.I do not recommend this book by Masao Hideyoshi.

I was a bit disappointed. I thought this would be more of a how to book; with pictures or illustrations. Sometimes I need a image to know that I am doing correctly. A reference point. This book does not have that. He does tell you what to do...but you'd have guess at whether what you did was actually correct. The title I feel is a bit misleading.

I read this book from cover to cover and found it to be easy to understand and a great guide to caring for and pruning your Bonsai. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to take a try at growing a Bonsai Tree. Here is a picture of my tree.

There is written a well constructed guide book to demonstrate the term bonsai, to cultivate, grow, shape and show off your bonsai tree. Though you would be able after reading this guide book to learn about its types and the whole process, recommended.

Very good book for a novice

good info. well organized.

Awesome book!!! I didn't know you could pretty much make any tree into a Bonsai tree. Super cool, great information in a tiny package.

Good book.

Colette eschewed salaciousness, so her approach to the discussion of human desire is careful, while her language doesn't fail in its turn on the human spirit; it's not an easy read. The beauty of her words does not always take one to a full comprehension of her ideas, but still, she makes fascinating points on the human condition. I must reread, but her brilliance leaves one a desire to read more of her work.

Colette wrote this book in her mid to later years and her writing style and verbage reflects such in The Pure & The Impure. It's basically her experiences with homosexuality, with her own and, in this book, with her speaking with others regarding their particular experiences. It's not "graphic"; however, Colette's writing style always "gets the point and picture across", although the verbage in this book is strongly "literary" in general, and you feel you have to "work" to read the book. For me, when I read for enjoyment, I don't want to have to work so hard at it (which I hadn't done in reading her other books, of which I've read almost all). Also, if you're not interested in homosexuality, there's really not much point to reading this particular book, unless you enjoy reading for reading's sake, coupled with the sort of challenge of having to "paint the mental picture" whilst reading it. Depends on how much you enjoy doing that sort of thing. I've wanted to put the book down on and off all the way through, but, because I like Colette in general, I have continued to read it to the end (even though I'm not gay, nor have ever really wanted to be, even though I've considered it, just for the sake of "exploring" my mind). I obviously am NOT homo-phobic and I am a woman, so as Colette writes about both men and women's homosexuality in this book, it's more about the psychological/mental/emotional aspects of such, as opposed to her focusing on the physical/sexual part of being homosexual, as she writes about the perspectives of men and women she knew, either personally or in literary circles, or through others. It's not extremely "interesting", but it does have it's points. I am the type of person who looks to find and/or appreciate the reason/purpose as to why the author wrote the book in the first place. I think "The Pure & The Impure" was a book Colette wrote because she had herself experienced homosexuality and she also had known this type of life/lifestyle throughout certain periods of her life from others in and around her life, so she obviously decided to write a book on this subject, based upon her experiences.

The Pure and the Impure by Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette with introduction by Judith Thurman (Literature/Gay Studies). Recommended.Colette believed The Pure and the Impure was her best work. I can't judge, not having read anything of hers but a few short stories, but this collection of her observations about human attitudes toward relationships and sexuality is insightful and timeless. It is also difficult and obscure at times, perhaps because of the translation and because there is no real structure to such a collection. Thanks to her milieu, her position in it, and her willingness to seek the story, Colette could draw upon the most interesting people of her time-the givers and the takers. From the older woman who publicly fakes an orgasm while self-pleasuring in an opium house to gladden the heart of her young, sickly lover to the roué who exclaims of women, "They allow us to be their master in the sex act, but never their equal. That is what I cannot forgive them" to the circle of prominent women who learn the ways of sex from servants, dress as men, and love horses (she calls the most notable of these women "La Chevalière) to the "happy," alcoholic, lesbian poet Renée Vivien to the gay men with whom she seems most comfortable, Colette covers a spectrum of sexuality and combinations-including those men and women who play their heterosexual and homosexual relations against one another."I'm devoted to that boy, with all my heart," the older woman tells Colette, a stranger to her. "But what is the heart, madame? It's worth less than people think. It's quite accommodating. It accepts anything. You give it whatever you have, it's not very particular. But the body . . . Ha! That's something else, again." Thurman believes this sums up Colette's view precisely, the heart as a slave to the body.Although Colette apparently wanted to remain an impartial observer, she cannot mask her own feelings and biases. One senses that she could not quite see a woman-woman partnership as "whole," as passionate, as capable of being the source of tragedy in the same way as other types of relationships. (Anaïs Nin will also hint at something similar in her diaries, at the "incompleteness" of female/female love.) "What woman would not blush to seek out her amie only for sensual pleasure? In no way is it passion that fosters the devotion of two women, but rather a feeling of kinship." She is fascinated by the story of Lady Eleanor Butler and Miss Sarah Ponsonby, the "Ladies of Llangollen," who elope and spend several decades living together. During this time, Butler will keep an extensive journal about her life with "My Beloved," while, to Colette's consternation and fascination, Ponsonby remains a silent partner. Colette so romanticizes the Ladies that she says they run off together as "young girls," when in fact Butler was 39 and Ponsonby in her 20s. While there is all kind of detail about their living arrangements, from gardening, sewing, hosting an array of distinguished visitors, and sharing a bedroom and bed, there is nothing known of their emotional or sexual intimacies other than their obvious devotion to one another. They remain a happy, content enigma to Colette and to the present day.The book concludes on a more personal note-about jealousy, "the only suffering that we endure without ever becoming used to it." She maintains that "a man never belongs to us" and hints at the unique and not unfriendly relationship two female rivals may have-even rivals who wish to kill one another. When one rival tells Colette all the things that had prevented her from killing Colette in Rambouillet (missed train, stalled car, etc.), Colette says, "I was not in Rambouillet." The relationship between her and her rival becomes more interesting, more revealing, more important, and more affectionate than with the man over whom they duel.Colette suffered what many turn-of-the-century female intellectuals must have-a society's fear of "masculine" women who are too intelligent, too outspoken, too knowing. When she offers to travel with the roué (apparently as a friend), he says in seriousness, "I only like to travel with women," which, a moment later, is softened by, "You, a woman? Why, try as you will . . ." Even today, there are women who have experienced this."This is a sad book," Colette said. "It doesn't warm itself at the fire of love, because the flesh doesn't cheer up its ardent servants." Thurman adds, "This great ode to emptiness was written by a woman who felt full."The Pure and the Impure is a must read for anyone who enjoys Colette's other writings; it is the most autobiographical of her works. Recommended.Diane L. Schirf, 1 January 2002.

Being a fan of Rujutas basic mantra - eat a wholesome healthy diet while staying active, I was obviously curious about her thoughts on pregnancy diets, since I am in my third trimester.I love how Rujuta reinforces the importance of age old traditions from our mothers and grandmothers, but in a logical and scientific way. This was the most important take away for me and in general, the modern working women.I feel better about my food decisions now too, to choose laddoos and chakli over chocolate and icecream. To not feel guilty eating ghee based foods, but to control on processed biscuits and chips. It shows that one can indulge to their hearts content, but in the right way. We dont have to overthink our diet, our Indian heritage has taken care of this science for us, we should use it!After reading this book, I will very happily eat all of the post pregnancy foods that my mothers and aunts are going to make for me.Thanks Rujuta!

Though I had my baby 20 months back I still got this book. Loved it and finished reading it right away. Rujuta explains every stage of pre-during pregnancy-post pregnancy so well. Now I understand why though I was so fit before&during prenancy(Which helped me conceive and deliver easily) the post pregnancy has been a uphill battle. I have been constantly fatigued and mood swings cos I really did not care about taking care of myself. Now I am going to follow your advice. Thanks Rujuta.

One of the best books on nutrition and lifestyle. TTC can be stressful but this makes it easy. Pregnancy is not a disease but a normal experience which a women's body starts preparing in teens. Thankyou Rujuta for writing this book.

This is the best book by Rujuta so far. She has put in tremendous efforts and her heart in collecting and putting together valuable information for all mom's , mom's to be and any woman in general. It makes me proud to know the scientific reasoning behind every tradition followed in India.

So many small tips that one can easily accommodate pregnant or not in their lifestyle. I started with eating a fruit thing in the morning and calling it a day by having a glass of milk at night.

Very detailed information book, I will recommend this book to not only pregnancy beginners but to any reader who wants to learn about living life and making quality decision. This book gives you recommendation about healthy living and what steps needs to be take to live healthy life.

Local recipes - with inherent wisdom ! Practical guide for the smart woman ! Thank you so much Rujuta !

I was hoping for more from this book, but it was just a constant reminder to get healthy and fit before getting pregnant.
